RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy is a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
The return request must be sent within 14 days via email to: infololiegroup@gmail.com
Only new products in perfect condition, without wear and tear and in the original packaging can be returned.
The refund concerns only the cost of the returned product, while shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund of the purchase price will be made to the same payment method used to pay for the order.
We only accept returns sent via courier with traceable shipping (UPS, GLS, FEDEX, SDA, BRT, DPD, DHL)
*For hygiene reasons, earrings must not have been worn or used.

Late or unpaid refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times for posting a refund.

WARRANTY
Your satisfaction comes first for us.
We are pleased to offer Warranty for manufacturing errors. Our Warranty excludes coverage for unintentional wear and tear and/or misuse (e.g. breakage that is not due to material defects in the product).
Please keep your order confirmation or invoice as it serves as your original proof of purchase!
To proceed with a warranty replacement request, please contact our Customer Service by sending an email to infololiegroup@gmail.com, one of our agents will be happy to take care of your request!
Upon receipt of the goods, we will verify the reported problem and proceed to send you the replacement order. You will receive the shipping details by email.
We will respond to you immediately to solve any problem you may have.
Important Notice
Lolie cannot guarantee that the gold plating on its jewelry will remain intact over time. The lifespan of the plating depends on various factors, such as the use of skin care chemicals, the natural pH of the skin, and perspiration. For this reason, it is essential to pay special attention to the care of your gold plated jewelry.

Most of our jewelry is offered in One Size Adjustable.
This choice allows us to create jewels without creative limitations and offers our customers the possibility of ordering a jewel that will always be perfect, whether it is a gift for themselves or for someone special.
In another case the size will be specified on the page of each jewel.
JEWELRY CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Do not let them come into contact with acidic solutions such as aggressive soaps or perfumes.
Clean them with suitable products.
Once removed, we recommend that you store them in a dry place as a jewelry box or in the box that we provide at the time of purchase.
